Our diverse services cater to both small and large gatherings, offering options such as build-your-own buffets, breakfast, happy hour bites, and pizza parties. All menu items are crafted in our Tryst Trading Company Commissary Kitchen, utilizing only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Our dedicated team of chefs, bakers, and catering staff ensures that every dish is not only delicious but also beautifully presented, reflecting exceptional quality.

All items on the catering menu are portioned to feed 10. Please place your order 3-days in advance. Convenient pick up from any Tryst Trading Company location have our team deliver your order straight to your door.

Build-your-Buffet

• Chicken Kebabs, Beef Kebabs, Roasted Jumbo Shrimp, Lump Crab Cakes, Sliced Beef Tenderloin.

• Pair with: House Tartar Sauce, Old Bay Hollandaise, Dill Chimichurri, Lemon Buerre Blanc.

• Roasted Broccolini (vv, gf), Grilled Asparagus (vv, gf), Pesto Roasted Veggies (V, gf), Classic Caesar Salad (V, gf), Greek Salad (V, gf), Mixed Greens (vv, gf).

• Couscous, Braised Lentils (vv, gf), Wild Rice, Saffron Scented Rice, Chilled Cauliflower Salad.

Breakfast

• Buy the dozen: Bullfrog Bagels, Muffins, Croissants, Cupcakes, Tea Sandwiches.

• Seasonal Frittata, Party Size Fruit Salad.

• Build-Your-Own Yogurt Parfait Bar and Classic Breakfast Bar

• Add Bottomless Brunch and Espresso Bar.

Pizza Party

• 10” pizzas with a minimum order of 10 pizzas.

• Choose from Margherita, Spicy Sausage, Vegan, Classic Pepperoni, Garden, and Hawaiian.

• All pizzas can be made vegan by request.

• Add something sweet! Chocolate Chip Cookies and gluten-free Chocolate Muffins available to add-on to your order.

Buffet Packages

• The Chesapeake: lump crab cakes, roasted shrimp, Chesapeake corn and tomato salad, smashed red bliss potatoes, with condiments.

• Athens Café: Roasted King salmon service with grilled pork skewers, roasted eggplant salad, couscous, and greek salad.

• The Eiffel Tower: Buttery lobster tails, beef filet served with golden potatoes au gratin and salad.
